I'm particularly fond of the smell of fire when it first becomes chilly out.
Freshly popped popcorn. Ummmm.
The Christmas tree when it's first brought indoors.

The smell of an orange as you peel it
That smell you get when you first walk into a bakery (especially early in the morning)
fresh lemon (almost anything citrus)
